We offer face to face appointments, telephone consultations and advice via a triage process Accurx. In the first instance, please complete the triage form online between 8:30am and 2:30pm. For those without online access, reception will complete the same form on the patient’s behalf. The form is reviewed by a GP, who will assess the clinical need and if considered urgent, we will respond the same day. For non-urgent routine requests, we will respond within 1-2 working days. Where available we will respond via text message or email.
